Kali Sulphuricum 6X HPUS in a base of Lactose NF.

Directions
Adults & children over 6 years of age: 4 tablets. Children (ages 1 to 6): 2 tablets. Dissolve under tongue 3 times a day. Use more frequently (every 15 mins. for 8 doses) with acute conditions.

Product Description

KALI SULPH is indicated anytime there is a sticky, yellowish discharge frtom the skin or mucous membranes. Skin and scalp eruptions with scaling call for this remedy. Symptoms are generally worse in the evening and better in fresh air. KALI SULPH is specifically useful for the relief of symptoms of: COUGHS - with yellow expectoration that are worse in a heated room and in the evening. - the distressing earaches of children. SINUS - sticky, yellow or greenish discharge from the sinuses is an indication that may be relieved by the remedy KALI SULPH.

My astrology teacher swears by these (Diane Cramer, look up her articles on the Web if you want), yet I was slow to catch on. Wish I had believed her, because these tissue salts actually work. Product labeling is very informative and descriptive, you can't go wrong. Especially in winter dry air conditions (apartment building heat makes the air dry, for example), taking one dose before sleeping and I can actually sleep right. Plenty of other applications too.
