It is not my place to "rate" the book of an expert. But I can say a few words that might help prospective readers. "Sumerian Gods and their representations" is a book written by an expert for experts and students of Sumerian. As such it is excellent. The readers need a university level education and at least a few semester of Sumerian language study to fully appreciate this book. I hope this helps you to make a choice.
