Someone gave me a pack and I will definitely buy more. We have all kinds of thermometers but my 1 yr old son won't let me use any of them on him. The forehead strips are quick and easy. I particularly like the one with the sticky backing... although its meant for long period use to monitor the temperature over time - I find its easiest to stick it on his forehead and get a reading with little fuss. When I try to use the longer strip (no sticky backing) he won't let me hold it on there. If I could get a pack full of sticky backing ones, I would. I end up using the non-sticky backing one on his 7yr old brother.
I highly recommend this product. Its quick, its convenient, its practical, it fits in your pocket...I could go on.

Just put it on the front-head and you can already see the temperature. You have the results in a couple of seconds. Less intrusive. No need for batteries, no electronic sensor that can go wrong like in ALL the electronic thermometers we had.
This is the perfect product for us.

I had been looking for one of these since my baby was born (he's 5 months old).
I don't know if I wasn't looking in the right places but I could never find it... I was so glad to see it at amazon.com and didn't think it twice to order it.
The reason I prefer this thermometer, even though it may not be the most accurate (vs electronic, regular ones), is because it's a lot easier to deal with when you have a screaming baby (try holding a regular thermometer under the arm of a baby pitching a fit and you'll understand).
With this one, you get a pretty good idea of your baby's temperature without having to fight him for the longest 90 secinds of your life (regular thermometers) just hold this strip on your baby's forehead for a few seconds and you know if you have to worry....

This is an ok product however I don't think that I would buy it again. It doesn't have very specific temp. readings but I guess that it can give you a general idea of where your childs temp. is.

More accurate and consistent than any other thermometer I've tried, including the expensive ear scanners. Putting a strip on a kiddo's forehead is much easier than explaining how to put a probe under one's tongue, and it is far more hygienic!

With newborn baby's tiny ears, sometimes an ear thermometer just can't do the job. You just put one of these on Baby's forehead and it'll read the temp so you don't have to deal with getting the ear thermometer, probe covers, or having to deal with holding Baby's arm down with the under arm thermometer. They are especially great in the middle of the night.

They won't stay put after a time or two. It has a sticky side so it supposed to stick right? Well good idea, but in real life there is sweat, oil ... and it's not precise but what can you expect for the money.

I thought I would try because of the price, but it wasn't worth it. It doesn't give accurate readings and the ranges are very broad. I am a first time parent and wouldn't recommend this at all.

It is cheap and easy to use; however, it does not provide me more information than I can tested on my hand. Basically I can read it as, my kid probably having high fever or low fever. That is. I don't recommend it.

I HAVEN'T USED IT THAT OFTEN BUT IT IS A GOOD CONCEPT. I LIKE THE STRIP YOU CAN STICK ON THEIR FOREHEAD OVERNIGHT TO MONITOR. I HAVE A FOREHEAD SCAN THERMOMETER AND I USE THAT MORE.
