I'm a big Hey Arnold fan! It's my favorite TV show. I really want the book too. Anyway, I heard it's about when Arnold goes to the beach for summer vacation. He's having fun now that Helga's not around anymore. But he starts to have MORE fun when a pretty girl named Summer starts to hang out with him. Then, Helga comes along to the beach and finds out Summer's not the nice, lovely lil' lady Arnold thought she was.
