The author of 3 books (Liquid Monster, Liquid Kitchen, Liquid Masters), 38 registered signature cocktails through Bartender Magazine, and Bar Management certification through three hospitality organizations – Beverage Management Institute, International Food Service Executives Association, and the American Hotel and Motel Association. Working for years in the trenches of popular L.A. nightclubs, as well as restaurants, and top name hotels, he now tends bar at the famous Lakeside Golf Club in Toluca Lake, CA.

I was always looking for away, to make any party I would have better... As for the drinks I would always strike out.. I had no idea on how to put together, or the proper way a drink should be displayed... (glass, etc..) And by having the "SUMMER QUENCHERS DVD" I was able to get all of the answers I needed.. I was always curios about drink mixing. I would find my self looking in books, and hanging out at bars to find out what was the "NEW THING" at any giving date. So by having this DVD... It allows me to go back in time for drinks, and also gives me the flexability to get familiar with the most modern and unique drinks that are out there.. Some of which I had no idea even existed... So I do suggest to anyone who has been looking for all of the answers on drink mixing, this DVD...

The viewing of this DVD has expanded my knowledge behind the bar,
and has sharpened my skills to become voted the "Best of the Best
Bartender" for 2001 and 2002. Kyle really shows you in a non-intimidating way how to make these cocktails with ease and confidence, and the bonus features are awesome. Not only should every bartender have one, but every party giver should own one as well. Check it out . . . This is more than 5 stars.
I can't wait for his next DVD to be available.

Great DVD, carefully explains drink making, ingredients etc. Even shows experienced bartenders the proper way to mix with some great new recipes. I reccomend this as a learning tool for all hotels, bars and home enthusiasts as a way to impress your customers and friends.
