Good book., March 5, 2011
This review is from: Summer Steelhead Fishing Techniques (Paperback)
This book is well-written and covers a lot of ground. I do wish it would have included more photos and diagrams of different kinds of steelhead "holding water." The only other drawback I noticed is that the author never defines terms. I am just getting started with fishing, and I was frustrated by how the book assumes that the reader is familiar with all fishing terminology. I found myself having to look up a lot of terms, or guess their meaning, such as riffle, slick, tailout, break, jig, plug, spoon, leader, drift bobber, etc.

steelhead fishing, May 13, 2009
This review is from: Summer Steelhead Fishing Techniques (Paperback)
Scott is a veteran writer and photographer. His book explains very clearly how to hook steelies in hot weather.
Photos are excellent.
I recommend the book.
