Kula Shaker really hit the nail in with this fine, smally packaged ep. Even though it contains Govinda(another mix), which you already know from K, it is still a wonderful little collection of music. Moonshine and Troubled Mind serve as dazzling encores to the small ep. Dance In Your Shadow is another one which can be heard not only as a b-side or on this cd, but on the separate cd to K in selected discs. A few more original b-sides would have earned this cd 5 stars. But if you consider quality, and not quantity, it definitely deserves 5...

All the songs are great, especially the rockin' "Gokula". Finishes up with the excellent "troubled mind". How did that track not make it into K ? An excellent collection, with a few more songs could have been another great album by Kula Shaker.

A must have for those who can't wait for their second album, and for those who barely gets some great b-sides. Just when I thought that the trip has reached its peak and slamming straight down, the Summer Sun EP cushioned the fall. "Gokula" is a rocker where the riff is borrowed from ex-beatle George Harrison's Wonderwall track "Ski-ing". This EP serves as an appetizer for a coming masterpiece only from Kula Shaker.

The album has a few good songs from Kula but i dont think it brings anything mindblowing to your Kula collection.

It consists of six songs that didnt make it into K They are all brilliant,especially "Dance in your shadow"."Govinda 97" isn t much different from the one on K.If you are into kula shaker you must have this cd.

This CD isn't spectacular, as I felt "K" was, but I think that it's as good as you can expect from a CD with only six songs. "Govinda" isn't significantly different from the one on "K" but it is a little harder and faster, which I enjoyed. "Dance in Your Shadow" is awesome, as is "Moonshine". The CD finishes up with the simple yet great "Troubled Mind". If you liked "K" you should probably check this one out too.
