I think, overall, that this movie is interesting. The drama is not intense. The performances are not powerful. They're OK. A gay guy with a camera tries to find himself a boyfriend and focuses on this introverted Mama's boy who reads Jane Austen. At first the way they get together is sweet but it's no surprise that this doesn't last. You couldn't find two other people who have so little in common. If you're looking for a happily-ever-after conclusion, you're not going to find it here. I'm sorry. Either way, if you've got a few bucks to spare, buy this. Too bad it's just being offered here on VHS and not on DVD. VHS is very out-dated. If you can rent this movie or borrow it from the library, fantastic. I give it four stars because I think the music in this movie is really good. Plus, the storyline, though predictable, isn't so bad.
