I caught the track "Let's Go Surfing" on XM the other day and was blown away. While it's a simple song, it got me excited to hear the rest of the EP, and I wasn't disappointed.

The rest of the album is different than the aforementioned track, but in a good way... every song is unique and seems as if it is pulled from a different influence than the one before it. Look forward to hearing the full length.

The Drums E.P. is the most refreshing disc I have played in a long time. I can once again breathe, after holding my breath, wondering if any bands with any talent be able to fly under the radar of the ever unreliable American Music Industry. The unforgettable track, "Down By the Water" is sure to be the soundtrack of your unrequited love for the summer. Now, go to your bedroom and play The Drums and go "dance your legs down to the knees," as a famous man once sang.
