4th album full of THE FALL-OUTS trademark dark cynicism balanced w/angelic harmonies & pop smart hooks. Their goal was to capture the same "punk spirit" that Herb Alpert used to bring to the Tijuana Brass or Hugo Montenegro brought to his version of the classic "Love Is Blue."

The Fall-Outs have done it again. Not just another flash in the pan, The Fall-Outs crank out yet another great album. I truly believe these guys are one of the best "unknown" bands around. From they're early work on "Here I come & Other Hits" which is Fast & Crunchy, through self-titled "The Fall Outs" which is even Crunchier & the punkest of their Power Pop albums, "Sleep" has more hooks than my tackle box and more crunch than the Cap'n. The newest release "Summertime" which keeps their beautiful crunch with, dare I say, sophisticated hooks & harmonies. After a couple of listens, "Summertime" had me along for the ride.

ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS! these guys can rock it with the best alternative around! better than blink 182 with the same stylish pop/punk quality but smarter lyrics. funny and even better when you see these guys live! the best track would be " out to sea", a fine compliment to the second album "sleep" wich is also a must have for any music afficianado.
