Do your research about Chlorella. Some products claim to have a "broken cell wall" to ensure absorption (including Sun Chlorella) and you end up taking it and receive little to no benefits. Thankfully, this is NOT the case with Sun Chlorella. I've been taking this product for almost 4 weeks now, for an array of chronic symptoms, and so far, I can see things start to slowly change and become what I would consider "normal". I would like to note that I am super sensitive to some ingredients (mainly lactose) and cannot take the 15-45 recommended tablets. I did as the instructions suggested and worked my way up over the past few weeks, but found myself having a stomach ache when taking any more than 10 a day (if you research Chlorella, it's been reported to give SOME people "upset stomach" or diarrhea, in which case they switched to Spirulina, which claims to not have that side effect). Given that, I can still see an improvement in many things in my body with only taking 10 a day. Just for purely experimental purposes, I will be ordering the Sun Chlorella (powder/granules) packets next. This is a great product and I'm pleased with my purchase.
