Traditionally cured all-natural olives with fresh citrus & herbs These varietal olives are grown in the hot interior valleys of California from trees that descend from cuttings brought by the Spanish missionaries hundreds of years ago. The lush fruit is harvested in the Fall then slowly cured with salt instead of lye to produce an all-natural product. The wonderful flavor of these large olives is further enhanced with unique spicing combinations.Handpacked in a special brine that includes Champagne vinegar, an ounce of extra virgin olive oil, slices of citrus and fresh herbs.
