FIRST OF ALL- THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY POOR, I AM AMAZED WE PUT IT TOGETHER. AFTER PUTTING THEM UP- THEY LOOKED REALLY COOL. I JUST LOVED THEM. THEN AFTER A WEEK THEY STARTED FALLING APART. THEY ARE REALLY NOT MADE FOR WIND. TODAY AFTER GLUING THEM TOGETHER FOR 2 WEEKS, I FINALLY THREW THEM AWAY. TOO BAD, THEY REALLY LOOKED COOL

When I first got this Wind Spinner I looked at the instructions and said, "No Way". I stuffed it back in its wrapper and saw the paper that came with it that said, "If you experience difficulties with an item, please give us a call or e-mail us". And they gave the specifics. I e-mailed thinking that nothing would come of it. They e-mailed back immediately and with instructions that made perfect sense, the "Aha!" moment. The Wind Spinner looks wonderful in the garden.
