they substituted another design of a giant dragonfly. i did not like it. they said the sun and moon design no longer exists.very unhappy as this just created more work for me.

Same problem with other reviews. I received a different design sun/moon combo than what was ordered. The substitution was harder to read and smaller in size. The company substitutes whatever clock it pleases for the model number 02327A1. In addition, I have to pay for the return shipping for an item I did not order.
