More About the Author

I was born in the year of the Ox - and apparently Ox people are 'late bloomers'. That makes me feel better, because it seems to have taken a long time to get to this point........where my living is my passion: writing.

Actually, my real passion is consciousness. I am fascinated with the knowledge that we live in an ocean of consciousness - the all-pervasive intelligence of the universe. AND that this consciousness is what connects us with eachother and all of life.... But back to me..... I am 40 something (Oscar Wilde said 'never trust a woman who will tell you her age; if she'll tell you that, she'll tell you anything!')and the mother of four children - (the youngest is 19). My most valuable and precious 'life's work' has been, and is, being a mother. Now they are in various stages of flying the nest, I can focus more on my other creations......my books. "Sun Signs & Soul Mates" is my second book. (The first "Heart Rules" was on conscious relationships.)

I am a professional astrologer and have a background in journalism. Astrology has been a wonderful 'way in', to the inner worlds of consciousness and I have learnt so much from studying this sacred art/knowledge system. As a writer, of course I had to write an astrology book. But "Sun Signs & Soul Mates" is also an exploration of consciousness and what it means to live in a higher way. Our relationships with others become much more: more fulfilling, expansive, loving, when we raise our own consciousness.
