I bought this as a less expensive alternative to a full electric blanket. We use this to take the chill off our bed in cold weather. This throw makes getting into bed a cuddly pleasure instead of an icy ordeal. WELL WORTH the money. Quality of the throw is great, no probs with it at all in 2 months of daily use. Controls are simple yet adjustable. We just use the LOW setting. HIGH will toast you! Shipping was good, CHEAP. I saved a few bucks on the girly PINK color (Who cares!?) I heartily recommend this heated throw. NOTE: The size of this is only about HALF the size of a blanket, but it does the trick just fine.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. This was actually the least expensive item I bought her, but the blanket is hands down her favorite. I removed one star because I had bought one for myself last year, and it stopped warming up by the time winter was over and it got really dirty even after I just used it on the couch. BUT, when I consider that it was being used pretty much 24-7 for the whole course of an Alaskan winter... it's not that bad. Especially not for the price, where I find most high-quality blankets cost at least $100. I really like this product! :)
