hi. it comes with only 2 types of hooks. same as what is shown in the product description. chrome beater and dough hooks. my wife says it runs way too fast even at slow speed, so not suitable for mixing. we use it only to make dough.
The bowl turns by itself.
I found a sticker and I can tell what it says, I hope this can help you, I don't know if is the information that you need: 120Vac 250W Max 60Hz LISTED 9H60 E216756 and about the bowl capacity I just put 3 liters of water and it almost reach the top, I think it's a standard capacity I have made some cakes and the mix fits in the standard cake bowls :)

I measured about 13 inches.
Will this mixer go slowly so that pieces don't fly out of the bowl when you cream sugar and butter, for example? Thanks! Dec 2, 2013
I didn't have issues with things flying out of the bowl, but I did have issues with things flying to the sides of the bowl and not mixing at all. Reminded me of that ride at carnivals where they spin you around and then drop the floor... the centrifugal force is so strong that you stick to the wall. That's what happened to me on a few recipes I tried making.

I'm not sure how stiff the dough is for making donuts but I don't think this mixer is all that great. I am sorry I got it but you get what you pay for but I can still use this as a hand mixer and it is okay
