I bought this heated mattress pad for my daughter who just moved to Billings, Montana. She was having trouble staying warm at night with her electric blanket in minus 20 degree weather. I have used heated mattress pad warmers exclusively for the past 17 years because they work 200+% better at keeping you warm than electric blankets ever could. My daughter found this was true for her with this Sunbeam heated mattress pad; she would not trade it for anything. No more electric blankets for our family! This was a great value, a great product and I will buy more as needed for my family.

Forget the blanket type, if I knew these exsisted I would have bought one years ago. Even on LOW it is all you need. Don't waste another minute, you can have one at your door step in less than a week from Amazon.

I cannot at all give this company or product a good endorsement. I too, loved it for the first few months, then it kept getting cooler and cooler, and now even though I follow their instructions to reset it won't stop blinking. So now I have a very expensive regular mattress pad. I called their customer service to have it replaced/repaired under warranty. Nothing. They say there is a label stitched or glued on the pad. I have one label stitched to the side. Not it apparently. So even though I have the pad itself, the controls and all the numbers, they will not do anything. They will not back up their product. My advice: shop around, read reviews, and keep your paperwork.
