This is a nice throw I like the pattern and the feel of the material. However, my cats sleep on it and when they stretch their paws their nails catch on the material and it pulls out some of the stuffing. I know that this product was not designed to be used by pets so it is not the fault of the product, just a heads up if you have pets. FYI: I just trim the pulled stuffing with scissors and it looks fine. The other 'down' side to this product, and to be honest I didn't see this when I read the description and it stated it very clearly, is the 3 hour shut-off. I would have preferred a longer `on' time. Be sure to check that the size is what you are looking for, smaller than I thought. Again, it was clearly marked the size, my own mis-understanding.

Bought it as a gift for a relative who, due to knee problems, likes to sleep in a recliner. She absolutely loves it. She's going for knee surgery soon and says she will be taking her throw with her when she goes into rehab. It is very plush and soft and very warm even without the electric heat. I was very pleased to get it at a very good price.

As anyone who has ever owned a heated throw knows they are WONDERFUL... However, those folks also know that they are just not built for constant use and abuse.. I use mine almost every evening in the winter as I live in the south and no need to heat up the whole house when you're just a little chilly. I get about 2+ years out of one and I feel that is pretty good considering... I wash them A LOT. However -- I have pets like some of the others and Lord knows --- dogs or cats absolutely love them. I am more than pleased with Sunbeam's heated microplush throw. Softer than you can imagine, warm and toasty. I can't tell you how much I love this pattern. Doesn't show pet hair (although it's there of course). Also bought one for my sister as part of her Christmas. I cannot complain at all. It keeps me and my family (including pets) warm while saving on gas bill. I just hope they will continue this pattern... I really love it.. I highly recommend it.
