This iron is the best iron I have ever had. The first thing I noticed was the extra long cord, so no more fighting the cord to get the iron to reach the entire length of the ironing board. When you turn the iron on, the ready light turns on within a minute or two so no more waiting around for it to heat up. It has a feature to choose the fabric type you will be ironing and you can choose whether you want steam or no steam. If you choose the steam feature, it will continue delivering the perfect amount as you iron and instantly stop steaming as you lift it off the board. There is also a button for additional blasts of steam if you have a really stubborn wrinkle. In addition to all the above features, there is also the continuous steam feature that works for up to 10 minutes both vertically and horizontally if you prefer steaming a garment instead of ironing it. Before I bought this iron, I had to spray water on my clothes prior to ironing. Now I got rid of the spray bottle, iron my clothes in less than half the time, and they look like I just picked them up from the dry cleaners. I love this iron and now instead of dreading this task, I actually enjoy ironing clothes.

The Good
This is a solid iron with very nice electronic push button controls. It has plenty of safety features, a large tank, and most of all it heats up in less than three minutes!

The Bad
The pump in the iron is a little rough. It isn't enough to annoy you, but it can be felt and heard when it is in operation.

The Ugly
The first ten seconds of ironing with the steam on are heaven!!! After that, the iron begins to spit water all over my clothes. When I rest it on its stand, it still spits hot water for about one second. It does this in all steam modes including turbo steam. I believe the problem is in the water pump. During the first few seconds of ironing, it effectively pumps the right amount of water to produce nice steam. Then it goes in to overdrive and begins to pump continuously pumping too much water for the iron to turn in to steam causing hot water to spit out of the iron.

Recommendations
If you don't need steam, then this iron is for you. If you need a good steam iron, look elsewhere.

This is the best iron I have ever used. While ironing is not my favorite activity, this iron makes the task easier. The controls are convenient and the amount of steam produced can be adjusted. The longer cord is a plus and the weight of the iron makes it easy to handle. The "beep" that lets you know the iron is ready for use is also a help and there have been no leaks with this iron. After two other brands that leaked terribly, I read the reviews of this one and I am very pleased that I bought this product.

I ordered this for my wife because of its simple operation method. yes, the button works.
but the bad side are,

1.only the temperature setting higher than woof surport steam.
2.for me, the regular steam never came out, only very strong shot and turbo SHOT by SHOT steam available.
3. the shot and turbo steam sounds like a noise water pump working

I do not recommend this product to ladies also because of its weight.
I returned it the second morning.
