Ordered two units at the same time. One came with a eighteen inch crack on an end pannel. Fixed with supper glue. If the company has a good quality control this would not happen. My be it is the way they are packaged that it cracked during shippment.

My cabinet arrived with a wall broken. It appeared to have happened in shipment. My call to Suncast was answered promptly and a replacement part was sent right away. Unfortunately, Fed Ex mis-delivered it over a Holiday weekend, but that's another story. Over all, the Suncast Cabinet is exactly what I expected and performs very well.

The cabinet is working fine however, i paid $169.00 for a new item and it appears used (staining on the shelves). The exterior of the box looked ok but when i opened it the accent color on the handles was not royal blue (which i specifically ordered to match my other pieces). I am keeping the cabinet because it's easier than shipping it back. Overall, not a good experience.

I purchased one locally and could not get another to match so ordered unit from Amazon. The unit came broken, but I was able to construct without broken part. The whole unit was warped and would not fit together well because moulded pieces would fit into each other. It took 3 hours to contruct whereas the original NOT FROM AMAZON was put together in 20 minutes.

I purchased this item for extra storage. I love it. It was easy to assemble, looks nice, and sturdy enough. I liked it so much I bought another one.

I received my Suncast storage unit without damage (Phoenix to LA) via standard shipping. Setup was pretty painless -- just need to be careful with the last piece. I can see where some people might have issues with it. But if you take your time and tweek it just right, it'll snap right into place. It least mine did. Fairly well made and sturdy unit. I wouldn't hesitate buying another if needed.

I was a bit hesitant to order this product based on reviews which included descriptions of broken or damaged pieces but it was the right size with adjustable shelves so I took a gamble. The product arrived fully intact. It was easy to assemble. It was exactly what I wanted for storage in a basement.

The storage unit arrived broken, it is very flimsy for the price we paid, not happy with it at all, doors don't close evenly nothing fits tightly.

While the cabinet looks like the ones in the pictures, putting it together was a real nightmare. The door 'connection' was bent and the door would not go on. We had to lay the thing down, climb inside the cabinet and force the door hinge on in order to get it together. The doors are difficult to open. I would not purchase another one of these, especially since I found a much easier one to work with at Meijer for 1/3 the price of this one! Should have looked there first!!
