My husband said this wasn't hard to put together. He's pretty handy. It's large enough to hold our shorter garden tools and to hold the fertilizers, garden gloves, plant stakes, and all that gear adjacent to the vegetable garden. It's not the most scenic box, but it won't need oiling like a teak box or painting. We've had a lot of rain lately and the box has kept everything nice and dry.
At first we had a problem where the lid didn't snap shut properly and we thought it was warped. While waiting for a replacement lid, we moved the box and that solved the problem. Apparently it is important for the box to be level. The instructions didn't point that out, but that makes the difference in getting the lid to fit snugly. So it is OK now, but be aware that you may have to shift it around to get everything fitting right if your site isn't level. We have ours on a gravel area by the deck.
There's a narrow shelf of particle board. Don't put much on it or it will sag.

It serves its purpose. Not very attractive. Wheels aren't going to hold up very well.
