The product is as advertized but the design is cheap... Cheap plastic that twists when you wind, flimsy assembly and fragile. Also the leader hose they give you is of bad quality and it collapses if there is any torque at all on it, which there will be when you move the cart... It also has cheap fittings that can't take the wrench you need to tighten them. I replaced the leader hose with a good quality hose with good fittings, lubricated the O-rings that were barely water tight and for now it works as advertized. Not sure when it will start to leak...

A disappointment. The product I received leaks and it is hard to roll up and unwind the hose. Go with an automatic hose rewinder (the water pressure rewinds the hose for you) instead. Definitely worth the extra money.

This model is a piece of junk. Where the hose comes out of the reel, it pinches the hose so bad it shuts off the water. Suncast makes a much better model that holds 225 ft. of hose and is $10 cheaper at Lowes than this junker.

It's the best Garden hose reel I've ever had. I love the way you can move it around, and you can lower it so it doesn't sit too high. I looked all over for 150 foot hose reel. You can't beat the price,even with shipping. Thanks so much. Your heros.

I've have used hose reel carts for many years. I needed an additional cart. After spending time reviewing my opinions I selected the Suncast SHA150B. It was very easy to setup. Unfortunately, I do not like the position and length of the hand crank. It's difficult to reel in a hose on a grass surface. I even have had problems reeling an empty 100 ft hose that I placed on my concrete driveway.

This is the first purchase from Amazon.com that I have rated so low.

Not one of those sturdy metal carts, but it didn't cost me $140.00 either. Too light! The short connector hose is cheap. It collapses and kinks if you don't hold it and keep it from rotating while connecting to faucet.

My husband and I have tried various hose carts and this Suncast cart is by far the best one we've had, it slips out of sight easily once you use it. The cart is made of a high quality plastic, it is well designed,and well made. It is easy to maneuver and rewind. We love it. We hope to buy another one next season, a quality product.

The barrel broke away from the windup wheel during less than a season of normal use, and now that it's broken you can see how the whole thing was held together with nothing more than cheap plastic tabs. It was easy enough to wind and unwind, I'll give it that, though it leaked like a sieve. I'm avoiding anything manufactured by Suncast in the future.

This reel cart was reasonably priced so I did not expect that it would be perfect. I like the color against my tan house. It was easy to assemble and required no tools. It easily reels in the hose. The only real problem is because it is lightweight, it will tip when you pull to unreel the hose at times.

I had a difficult time trying to get the hose to remain equal while rolling it up but perhaps that might be my age of 60, female, and not as strong as when I was younger. It does the job that I needed; a way to keep my hose in a more organized manner and the fact that there are wheels makes it easier to move around too.
