Quick assembly - one minor problem easily fixed,

This review is from: Suncast 7'x7' Storage Building 311 cubic foot
The manual says the unit can be assembled in 90 minutes. Two of us were able to do so in 2 hours with no serious problems. There was one problem that was caused by a wrong part for the unit we assembled. One latch was manufactured as a "left-hand" rather than a "right-hand" part and would not snap into place. The problem was solved by forcing it into place with the wrong orientation and attaching it with a couple of sheet metal screws. The only other minor problem was one warped ceiling panel that was difficult to install. The shed is sturdy and a good value for the dollars spent. The one we purchased was on sale item at Menard's. It came in two boxes easily transported in a pickup truck. The unit would be greatly improved if it came with a window kit or overhead sky light.

Good product overall but poor quality control,

I think the end product is great, and the found the instructions easy and the company provides good customer service. But, I had to call the company twice because some of the panels were defective - and had to wait a week each time. The manual says assembly is just a few hours, but it really took me several weeks to finish. So, the assembly was much harder then it needed to be due to poor quality control. Since apparently in reading other reviews this is not rare for this product, it's scary to think about the environmental impact of so many defective plastic suncast parts filling up our landfills. But that said, I am happy with the product overall, and suncast sent me replacement defective parts without hassle. It's a good buy as long as you are aware it will take some effort to get the right parts! Just FYI: The manual says you need 2 people to finish the roof, but I was able to build the shed completely by myself, just taking it slow and using a step ladder.
