I received the shed today on time and put it together by myself. It would have saved a little time with two people but I am impatient. It took me 3 and a half hours once I had the parts unpacked and staged. All parts were there and there were even spare screws. Follow the directions step by step and read them through first to get a good overview and you should have no problem. I used a Dewalt impact driver and would highly recommend that or a power screw driver or you will have sore forearms and tack on another hour if just using a manual screwdriver. I read that people had a problem with getting the roof on but I found it to go on easily. If you are doing it alone, after mounting the back to the floor, slide the back against the wall of the house and you can get the sides on by yourself.

The unit is attactive, sturdy, and has that great cedar smell.

Shed is a great value. Having now put two of them together, I can say that it is much easier to flip shed upside down to install roof (and before securing the upper metal door frame bar). Snapping and sliding the roof while the shed was upright was frustrating.

My Wife had been wanting a garden shed to keep her yard and garden tools handy. This shed was a some assembly required item but it is exactly what she has been wanting. Assembly went well, a cordless screwdriver is almost a must. It painted up well and is a nice addition to our garden. The delivery went very nicely not only did the delivery person bring it to the house but put it in the back yard where it was handy for the assembly project. Assembly took a few hours but what else was I going to do that day?

Assembly was easy for one person with some mechanical aptitude. The look is great and it exceeded my expectations.
- The price is a bit steep, but that is clearly stated when buying.
- Assembly was easy, even by myself.
- The look is awesome.
- The smell is awesome.
- The footprint is small.
- The quality is great.
- Shipping was outstanding.
- Please be aware that this is not a big shed! This is small! It fits yard tools, not yard mowers!
- If you put this on an uneven surface you will have problems with the doors closing. I used 4x4 treated lumber as a base, leveled everything and it sits great, and the doors work great.
If you are in the market for a small tool shed, and want high quality and don't mind spending the money... this is a great purchase.

I am a 43 year old female with 2 years of woodshop from college, built houses with my father, and have every wood tool imaginable. The tongue and grove were warped, crooked and pieces of the tongue broke off. Make sure you drill a small hole into every piece of wood first before you drive in a screw. Why? the wood is cheap and will crack, splinter, and/or split in two. I ended up using lots of wood glue, clamps, wood planer and shims to to fix, balance, and level this shed. Once it was completed it does appear attractice especially compared to the rubber competitors. The big question is.... how long will it last? Remember if you want shelves then buy some wood at Home Depot before installation. I found that by installing the woodshelves first before setting the door was the smart path. enjoy the challenge!

I ordered this Suncast shed from Amazon because we have been so happy with all of the Suncast products we have purchased. I must first of all say that I fault myself for not fully understanding what this shed involved before I bought it. Delivery is via a special freight carrier because of the weight of the shed, and takes extra time to arrive. Please be patient and attempt to assemble this shed when you have PLENTY of time and space to put it together. You must take the items out of the box and set them out neatly and identify each item before beginning. I think the most important thing is to fully read the directions ahead of time, and then read them again as you go thru each step of assembly. A Makita drill is a necessity, I cannot even begin to think of tackling this job while hand screwing each of these many, many screws...put together time was less than 4 hours, but the sheds are made of unfinished wood and will need to be stained or painted before winter sets in, which will involve painting the wood with primer paint, and then the finish paint. The shed is good looking, and hopefully will hold up as well as the other products from Suncast have. It is just a bit deceiving that the buyer is not told how much work needs to go into "building" this shed in the advertisement of the product.

We have used outside storage bins and deck boxes for many years. I purchased this on sale, not expecting much more than adequite storage for a couple of years. We hide these bins in all cases but this one. I treated Ceder and display this one. It was very easy to assemble, and looks great. For the first time we have a place to store pool toys, folding chairs and some equipment that looks great, instead of having to hide.

I stained the cedar wood a natural cedar color, looks great, and the brown roof fits well with the brown wood trim on the house!!
