For anyone with minor arthritis troubles, this is an unusual relief supplement I only knew about when my cousin told me that her mom has used it for years and loves the results. I agree...can tell the difference when I am off them for a while. ACV offers other health benefits as well, without the side effects of chemical treatments. Be sure to follow the dosage instructions as too much of it can cause discomforts.

We live on the coast of Georgia and there are biting gnats and biting flies and mosquitoes. Lots of them. We have found that taking 2 or 3 tablets of Apple Cider Vinegar before going outside to work or play keeps the bugs away.
Apparently it comes out through your pores and is a natural deterent. So you do smell a bit like a pickle but we find that it's a small price to pay for no bites. Try it!
