It is nice and work off the sun. we are pleased with it. We would buy more solar products or green products.

Never worked. Sunforce does not back up their products
The sunforce Mosquito zapper never worked..... The company basically said anything could be wrong with it and they hung up. The man was rude... Their product shabby and they know it. Don't waste your money.... Its cheap and he is a marketing scammer with a bad product.

After numerous days out in the sun, still cannot get device to function. After several days in the sun one is supposed to be able to turn it "on" and see a light. There is no light.

I bought 2 of these solar mosquitos zappers. I have charged them for days now in the sun & they do not WORK. Please do not waste your money on these zappers. Buy a candle that kill mosquitos they work.

All day sun only charges this unit for a short time and I have not found one dead mosquito due to it. I love the concept of solar energy, but this one is just not worth the effort.

Well, sorry to say, I never saw this product while looking for bug zappers in Amazon. So I went to OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware)and bought this item, after my Emerson Rechargeable failed, and I could not get a response from the warranty PPL, who since have contacted me apologizing profusely. Anyway, bought this one, letting it get the suns rays for the two full sunny days, suggested in the manual. First of all, since I do not get up every hour of the night to check on it, I have no idea how long it stays lit for (Mine does light). But I do know, hanging it on our front porch at bedtime, anywhere from 10>11PM, when I got up at 5AM to check on it, it was as dead as a politicians brain in the House>>LOL. I have had it hanging for nearly a week now, and not a single bug has been fried, leaving its' remnants on the grid, or laying below it. The thing looks as clean as the day I bought it. So I have to assume that this thing does not work, attract SQUAT. So I am on the verge of returning it for a refund. One good thing about going to your local Brick & mortar store.
