Easy to Use, Compatible with many camera cards, multiple effects and wall mountable!
Unlike one review, you have to be pretty electronic illiterate to not be able to handle this frame. First of all, you have the option to upload photos from your usb or many different camera cards, such as sd, mmc, ms, and xd to name a few. I loved this option just in case I change cameras in the future or a family member has another camera card and wants to add some...

Flipping pictures and HORRIBLE customer service
I received this product as a gift. It immediately started flipping pictures. Called support and had to leave a message(!) No returned calls. Kept calling. Rep was condescending in the available online walkthrough, which didn't work and fryed the unit. Called back. Same routine. Kept calling. Finally got a hold of the same (only?) rep. I had to pay to ship unit...

Flipping pictures and HORRIBLE customer service, April 22, 2010
This review is from: Sungale CD705 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Electronics)
I received this product as a gift. It immediately started flipping pictures. Called support and had to leave a message(!) No returned calls. Kept calling. Rep was condescending in the available online walkthrough, which didn't work and fryed the unit. Called back. Same routine. Kept calling. Finally got a hold of the same (only?) rep. I had to pay to ship unit back. They sent a replacement. SAME problem. Called again. SAME no-answer, etc. routine. Finally took back to Staples for store credit and bought an HP.

not as advertised, March 23, 2011
This review is from: Sungale CD705 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Electronics)
both sungale website and amazon have listed a musical option for this frame. it does NOT play music, it does not have speakers, just airholes that look like there could be a speaker behind it.
salesperson where bought, also advised that product would play music from a flash drive.

Sungale CD705 Photo Frame, January 3, 2011
This review is from: Sungale CD705 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Electronics)
Like one reviewer above it was a gift.
I like the look, resolution is fine, though I wish it had its own memory card.
One HUGE problem - the thing randomly flips the photos around. The Sungale web site has a download to fix it (so you know its not user error) but even with the specified card the unit would not take the update. I wasted hours on it. If you now own one and can't get used to up-side-down and side-ways, I suggest not waisting your time and take it back..... or throw it out.

Randomly rotates photos, May 9, 2010
This review is from: Sungale CD705 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Electronics)
The pictures rotate ramdomly even after you manually correct them. Sungale are aware of the problem and have a firmware upgrade available on their website. Unfortunately, you can only perform the upgrade with an SD card. I'm using an xD card and it won't work. So I have to spend more money on a new card. No wonder Staples and other places have slashed the price to $30 (even though it was never worth $60). It's wrong that, instead of recalling the product, they just try to get rid of them at a discounted price.

Easy to Use, Compatible with many camera cards, multiple effects and wall mountable!, May 5, 2010
This review is from: Sungale CD705 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Electronics)
Unlike one review, you have to be pretty electronic illiterate to not be able to handle this frame. First of all, you have the option to upload photos from your usb or many different camera cards, such as sd, mmc, ms, and xd to name a few. I loved this option just in case I change cameras in the future or a family member has another camera card and wants to add some photos directly to the frame, they can. From the frame, you are able to rotate images to the desired direction, adjust brightness, contrast and choose whether you want to stand it horizontal or vertical. You just don't find all these options available directly on every frame and for those who are nervous around computers and electronics, this one makes the "big event" a walk in the park. It has high resolution, allows you to select multiple transition effects and multiple slide show interval times. There is even a built in copy, paste and delete function which I absolutely love! How many times have you transferred a photo to a frame and it doesn't look as good in "frame format". Personally, having pets in the house, my favorite option was it was wall mountable and I love the reaction from friends when they walk by and it had one photo and perhaps later they walk by again and its a different photo. It makes them wonder "what exactly is in this "southern sweet tea?" I highly recommend the product and have purchased several for friends and family and no one has taken their item back or had it go into "photo playing overdrive". I'd have to say that must have been user error and most likely someone who had not read ANY DIRECTIONS.
