Great set of classic glasses. The glass in the lens's are heavier than normal glasses you get today. knock-offs are simply not the same,

I am entirely pleased with the way this has been handled. The style size was available (as it wasn't at any of the shopping malls I went to), delivery was prompt and the price was fair. I am ordering another pair as backup.

This is my 2nd Outdoorsman model in 30 some odd years. It's a big lens size so its best for broader faces in my opinion. Color is great and very neutral. One forgets one is wearing the G-15 rated color which is really more grey than green. i have becomed used to the relative weight vs. polycarbonate lenses but some may not. I like the larger lens as it also affords me wind protection and glare from the side compared to smaller sized glasses. I also feel the extra "bridge" adds to the "look" I like plus I think it makes the bridge stronger. The convex curve of the lens also seems greater than traditional "Aviator" styles offered by Ray Ban. Just be careful when looking at all the Aviator style Ray Ban sunglasses as the size does vary and can be uncomfortable with the cable type temples.

They are great. In my younger days they were my favorite. Then in the 1990's when I needed prescription glasses, I understood that the frames would not take prescription. Sometime last year, I rediscovered that they in fact did, so I ordered a pair and had them fitted through a local optometrist. It's just like old times.

VERY YUCKY EXPERIENCE... THE PRODUCT WAS IN A NICE BOX BUT THE FRAMES SEEMED STRETCHED AND THE NOSE PIECE WAS NOT AS PICTURED.
I ALSO PAID AN EXTRA 29.99 TO HAVE THEM EXPRESSED TO ME WHICH ENDED UP BEING 5 DAYS LATER, I HAD TO PICK THEM UP AT THE POST OFFICE.
I GUESS I ASSUMED THE EXPRESS WOULD BE UPS OR FEDX NOT USPS, THEY CAN'T GET ANY THING RIGHT!
THEN THERE WAS A RESTOCK OF 15%,THIS WAS MY 1ST BAD EXPERIENCE USING AMAZON AND I'LL BE HESITANT IN THE FUTURE.
