5.0 out of 5 stars OUTSTANDING GUITAR FOR BEGINNERS
I've owned and used this starter guitar for over a month now, and I'm very pleased.

I would strongly recommend it for anyone just starting out learning to play the guitar, especially if you do not know if you will stick with it.

This must be considered a long term investment, and not an instant solution to becoming a Rock Star or Concern...

1.0 out of 5 stars Not very pleased
The wood (if its even considered wood) is so thin I feel like I'll crush it whenever I pick it up. The frets are not even real, they are just raised notches, part of the fingerboard. When I tightened the strings to tune it, I kept hearing something crack. When I finally got it tuned, the strings look like they will unravel or break with the slightest touch. I know they...

I've owned and used this starter guitar for over a month now, and I'm very pleased.

I would strongly recommend it for anyone just starting out learning to play the guitar, especially if you do not know if you will stick with it.

This must be considered a long term investment, and not an instant solution to becoming a Rock Star or Concern Classical Guitar player overnight.

When I was younger, I was quick to give up on learning the guitar because of the time, effort, and patience it took. That combined with very sore finger tips.

I understand that young folks still give it up because learning the guitar is not a quick and easy as it appears or sounds like from their favorite pro or star.

Believe me, even after getting the callouses built up on your finger tips to be able to stand 30 minute to one hour (or more) PRACTICES, it will most likely take someone a year to be able to play a decent song or two or ten.

That's with consistent practice to keep the callouses on your finger tips plus IMPROVE your playing.

Some also learn and catch on faster than others, but if this old man (nearing 60) can make the time and patience to once again give it a try - YOU youngsters hang in there regardless what your motives are. You can't have motive without MOTIVATION!

I know they say you get what you pay for, but even this was bad.
