1 out of 3 had a loose valve.,

This review is from: Sunlite Bicycle Tube 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 SCHRADER Valve (Misc.)
I put three of these into jogging stroller wheels and the next morning one was flat. Pulled the tube out and inflated, held under water, and the valve was leaking. Went and bought a valve stem tool at the hardware store, removed, cleaned and reinstalled the valve in the stem and had no more problems. Never had that happen before but I suppose it might not be that uncommon with mass-produced products. Otherwise, they are tubes...plain and simple. I'd have given 5 stars if I didn't have the above issue, so who knows.

We used this when replacing our 3 year old son's bicycle tire. So far so good, and he is excited to be riding again!

The product itself is great. My daughter has been riding on her bike with this tube for weeks now with no problems. The tube itself was hard to find in our area. I would recommend buying these type of specialty tubes online rather then spending hours trying to find them in local bike shops.

Bought as a replacement for a child carriage (Ted and Phill's). Works fine for over 2 months. BUT: the valve is straight, not L-shaped which makes inflating very difficult. I would think all such a small diameter tubes should have L-shaped valves - otherwise it is allmost impossible to insert the pump's hose.

After having a flat on my 3 wheeled golf cart that I used when walking playing golf, I honestly didn't think that I would be able to find a replacement at all... But thank the Lord for Amazon I was able tp obtain the Sunlite tube for my tire.... I really expected a Mickey Mouse version of the original, but to my great surprise what I received was far superior. I am one well satisfied customer!!!

I can no longer buy tubes for small bicycle tires in my home town. No one stocks them. Amazon makes it possible to buy things unavailable locally simple & quick.

I bought this inner tube fo rmy boys Thomas the train bike. The original tube kept blowing after I repaired it. I got fed up and decided to replace it with this one. It worked out great. I did not need to buy any speciial types of valves. The valve is the customary valve that I am used to while repairing my own bikes when I was a child. If you need 12.5 inch X 2.25 inner tube this is the one.

Not worth the money,

I purchased 2 of these tubes. The valves on both tubes leaked and kept going flat. Plus a regular bike pump wouldn't fit the valve. Not worth your money.
