But the most significant feature of the stylish, patent-pending AP501 is its advanced engineering and tough construction proved by a strenuous set of tests such as freezing to -35 degrees F, 200,000-cycle test equivalent to 54 years of use if door is opened 10 times a day, and even a 40-caliber bullet test. It comes with a bypass circuitry that protects the internal parts against high-voltage attacks as well as anti-prying features and protection against moisture and condensation.

The Sunnect locks make me feel safer at home than any other lock I looked at. It's easy to change the combination any time you want. It ensures that no one will every make a copy of your keys. The only drawback is that you have to use a different key for every Sunnect lock you have even though they share the same number code.

These are so simple yet so awesome. How can you really rate keys... the only thing I would improve is that the silver looks like it could rub off over time, but I have no evidence yet that this is the case.

It works relatively well, though sometimes you have to try a couple of times before the key is read. However, I don't understand why it has to be so big and heavy - I would have preferred something the size and weight of a Speedpass tag. The current model key is longer and heavier than a typical Kwikset or Schlage home deadbolt key.
