This is a great little tool for strengthening not only inner thighs, but also arms. I like it a lot, and use it all of the time. It's a bargain for the money! The only thing I can see is that you can't press too hard on it. I can see that it might possibly snap, and you'll have a thighmaster wrapped around your forehead!!!!

I love my Thighmaster/Buttmaster combo... I sit at work all night and do as many reps as i can do! 20 with the Thighmaster and then 20 with the Buttmaster and over the last 5 weeks along with this i have been working out and have dropped a pants size. Everyone comes over to my desk to try them and a few of them have gotten their own... It is spreading throughout our work and we see more and more of them under the ladies desk at the office.

thought it would at least come with a simple sheet of instructons just so you know how long to exercise. it was just in a bag, so here you go..figure it out on your own.Not even a THANK YOU for purchasing from us..

This contraption does strengthen your thighs and also causes some pressure pain which goes away after about 10 days. Didn't use it much after about 3 weeks.
