This should be available on CD. One of the best albums out there that is not yet on CD.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sunny California folk style September 28, 2012
Format:MP3 Music|Verified Purchase
Now who is Mary McCaslin? All that I know is she is a great, but unknown, folk/country artist from the seventies, married to the late Jim Ringer. All I know of her music comes from this album which I purchased in the mid-seventies. I first came across Mary through an obscure radio station from Gilroy, California called KFAT - 94.5fm. You can still find it on the Internet. Her voice is a mixture of Emmylou Harris, Joan Baez, and a bit of Melanie Safka. This cd contains ten very interesting and solid performances that never seem to grow old. I no longer have the original vinyl copy I owned so don't know which songs she wrote, but her late husband did write the last song The California Zephyr. 'Save the Last Dance For Me' is perhaps the best version of this song I have yet to hear. 'San Fernando' is very strong and fits her blues style to a tee. 'Cupid' and 'The Swimming Song' are both fun and easy for us foot stompers. To sum up, this is one great album that still stands up musically and emotionally. Thanks KFAT for introducing me to this great artist. Thanks Amazon for having her music on board. I hope to purchase some more of her music soon.
