I paid only $200 for the product so my expectations were not too high. I wanted to try a vibration exercise machine before going high end. This product is underpowered but was as good or better than expected.

It has helped my circulation, given strength in my legs, and I have more energy. BTW I have a 21yr 6'1" 155lb son who works out daily at a gym and he even use this machine and can't believe the added benefit to his work out. I plan to pass this to my daughter and purchase one with more Hp. Great Body Energizer.

This is great, after the first use bone pain was instantly gone, had a great night's sleep. I never thought something like this could work so quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from chronic bone pain. Relief without medication, its wonderful.

This item arrived with no assembly directions which made it interesting, though not very difficult, to figure out. Also there are no instructions about programming or suggested speeds. The only "written" directions are a sheet of pictures showing various body positions with the machine & some of those would be - well - challenging to say the least.

This machine certainly does vibrate at 9 different speeds. It also has 3 programs that can be set on auto mode as well as 3 different progam lengths. Will it increase my endurance, etc? - We'll just have to wait & see.
