I am 60 years old and lazy. This machine is the best thing that ever happened to me. I suffered from RLS (restless leg syndrome) and that was cured within the first few days. I had bat wings, after a month I don't. I have energy like I've never had before and my friends tell me I glow. I use it 10 minutes every day on different settings (depending on my mood) I use the the #1 and #4 positions and I tell you it works. I am not getting compensated in any way to say this. I bought this machine and I am here to tell you it was a great investment towards my health. If anything happens to it I am getting another.

This machine works well and is very quiet and smooth. Be ready for errors and translation difficulties in the manual from China. Assembly can be a challenge and takes some mechanical ability. One bolt was missing and another one stripped. Not critical though. No mention of the leveling feet on the bottom but easy to figure out and critical to smooth, quiet operation. The body fat measurement feature doesn't appear to actually measure anything. It appears to be a calculation based on height and weight that you feed in. All in all for the price I'm very happy with it.

I'm sure this machine is excellent value, considering the price of many others. My wife is happy with it.I can't use it as I have had a hip replcement and can feel movement in the joint. It arrived defective, but customer service was quite good. Unfortunately the replacement also arrived with a small defect which I had to repair myself. Overall, it's a deal since you can see if you really are committed to using on a regular basis.
