What a piece of garbage!!! The massage is comparable to having a small child beat you with his fists over and over. Plan to return it and go back to the Homedic massager I've been using for years now. Will order the Homedic one like I should have. Will never buy this brand again!!!

It makes you so comfortable .And it can relax your muscle totally.I love it especially the "heat" function.It's very good and easy to use.The only complain is that it's a little heavy .But it's ok.I can accept that since it's so good .Highly recommended.
