Read several reviews here is an honest one. First it could more pad a little hard but nothing that will kill you, you are only on it for 10 to 15 minutes. The foot rest does slip up and down but I fixed it (see the photo I uploaded). Took my drill and drilled 2 holes turned the foot rest 180 degrees so the retaining button is now a locking button. It works great. The back stretcher stretches your back really good and I don't get headaches like I did on my inversion table. I plan on using the back stretcher a lot.

I have two other inversion tables and felt this would alleviate the blood to the head from hanging upside down. Although it does that, i don't like the mechanism that jacks the foot extension. It is too easy to go a little past the spot the releases the extending. Secondly i find the foot restraints are quite uncomfortable and you try to compensate for their lack of grip by angling your feet, and this is quit tiring.

Poorly designed. The foot holder, should be a lock, don't keep the feet in place so when you try to stretch, your feet slip out. Great idea but foot holder needs to keep the feet in place during stretching.

I love this product. The other reviews just need to add common sense to their problems. I found it to relieve pressure and give relief. Took a while to get used to, but whole heartedly recommend it to those with lower back pain. The stretch is better than sex! Caution though, not for the out of shape. It takes some work to get in, out of.

This is a medical device which should have been recalled. It is not at all comfortable, it did nothing for my back but did manage to pop my knee out which caused a limp.

The Sunny stretcher is an excellent device for the money. I did have to make small change to the foot hold because it would not stay in adjustment. Others have done the same. It works fine and my back is better for it.
