It's really good but sometimes it seems too light so I can't speed it up, which might be a good thing for a good workout for a beginner like me. I am a little more than 5'9" and this rope seems just a little short to do cross overs. Other wise it a really good rope. I've had one of a similar material before and it was a little longer and I loved it.

I was so excited to get my jump rope!!!! I was upset when on my 3rd jump, the plastic handle broke!!!! Don't waste your money. I then bought a Buddy Lee jump rope. It was more expensive, but my double unders are amazing now!!!!!!!!!! YAHOO!!
