Received machine and easy to setup. My problem is understanding the instructions, does anyone have solution? I don't know what setting to use to lose weight and how often to repeat during the day

Fast delivery and in perfect condition!
Had it up and running in under 45minutes. If I had to say something negative it would be lack of photos of examples of different uses. Even videos would be nice. I did go to utube and got many videos for what I was interested in, and that was abs!! Had this over a month and I am very happy....use it at least twice a day 3 days a week. I recommend it!! RRH AZ. |
