It came with all the tools needed to put it together, and it works well. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because even with the resistance knob turned all the way, there is no real resistance.

I am very pleased with my "Sexy Legs" Mini Cycle Portable Exercise Bike. I am a 75 year old woman in a wheelchair and I use it for my arms. Its easy for me to handle and I can grap it whenever I want. I had been lookng for one after I came home from a nursing home. I used one there for about 4 months. Its a great machine. Few years ago I had purchased several books from Amazon and I was very satisfied so decided to look on Amazon.com again. The price was right. THANKS AMAZON.

it moves all over the place
Even on carpet i have a hard time keeping this thing in place, I had also put it against the wall with carpet below it and it had moved all around.

Too little resistance
