I don't know if it helps to lose weight, but it definitely helps me to wake up. You know, sometimes when we wake up our general feelings are not really good.
So, I started using it right after I wake up. It is amazing. 5 minutes is enough to become energetic and not sleepy.

Once, I got sick. I woke up with really bad feelings; 15 minutes of using this massage belt returned
me to real life full of energy, but just for several(5-6) hours... sickness has won, unfortunately.

One bad thing that I really don't like, USA market is really poor of choices of such devices. European marker is much more saturated with really wide range of different massager models.

This belt massager is simply great. I have back and hip problems and I use this massager every day on the two lowest levels to ease the tension in the muscles in those areas. It significantly reduces the amount of pain that I usually experience in a day while loosening up my muscles nicely. 15 minutes a day has really worked wonders for me. In the beginning, the areas that you massage will itch like crazy afterwards (due to the increased blood flow), but only for about 2-3 minutes. If you continuously use the machine, your body adjusts and after a couple of days you hardly itch at all. The only negative aspect about this machine is the platform that you stand on. It is not smooth but has nubs, and if you stand barefoot on it continuously for 15 minutes, it gets slightly uncomfortable. Socks will help a little, but now I put flip flops on so I wont feel the nubs.
