Very seldom do the advertised claims live up to the actual product, but in this case all the claims are true. I travel a lot in my RV and really don't want to be stuck in the kitchen area, so when I learned of this cooker I had to have one. It works! No really, it does! For my first use I wanted to give it a real test,so I put the ingredients for a beef stew in the bottom pot and brown rice in the top section. Four hours later, the meat was tender, the veggies were firm and the rice was fluffy. I even cooked oatmeal overnight in the top section by filling the bottom with boiling water...which was still hot when opened. I have found that the 6-liter size can serve four people but we can also enjoy the left-over food the next day.
