Seems like a great product and value. However, they made the shelves too close together. It does hold the smallest bottles of wine, but many "Standard" bottles (Dancing Bull, Rancho Zabbaco, etc) don't fit unless they are jammed in and then you can't get them back out without unloading the whole thing. Don't waste your time and get a model that is more versatile. As if insult to injury, the thermostat didn't work either but that was probably a fluke.

I bought this wine cooler after reading some good reviews. It was a complete waste of time and money, the wine cooler worked for about 4 hours and then this uncontrolled beeping noise would continueoulsy play. I unplugged the unit and tried resetting it but the noise was still there when I plugged it back in. I called the company and all they said was it might be the control board. How does a wine cooler die after 4 hours.

My boyfriend bought this wine refrigerator for me as a birthday gift on a total whim. It was a fantastic, unexpected present and has so far worked perfectly for me. I've never owned a wine cooler previous to this one, but I do live in a smaller apartment, so it's compact size is exactly what I needed. As another review stated, the shelves are kind of close together preventing the BIGGER wine bottles from fitting side-by-side, however - all standard wine bottles will fit. I tend to buy the larger bottles of Barefoot Moscato, in which case I simply remove one shelf for the time being. Personally, I'm not at the point where I've collected dozens of wines and will RARELY have more than 12 bottles at one time to fill this fridge anyway. All in all, it's a fantastic product that chills wines perfectly and fits just about anywhere. :)

We just received our wine cooler, but can't get the temperature to stay at the coolest setting. Any advice? It did not come with an instruction manual.

Bought this and within 4 months it crapped out. Wouldnt cool any more and made beeping sounds constantly. I had to unplug it. Called Sunpentown and they told me I had to pay to have it boxed and shipped back to them. Nice ha...So $53.00 later, they called and said it was damaged during transit and they wouldnt cover the damages! So was it really damaged or are they not wanting to fix/replace it? Only time will tell...

I spent a bit of time looking for the perfect wine cooler and this one was completely broken before I was able to ever use it. It was not broken via delivery, this was broken in the factory. I am not sure what kind of quality controls they have, but if it's any indication of how they construct the item, I'd avoid it by all measures.

Excellent! Great price, elegant looks and just the right size. Arrives very well packed and protected. Highly recommend. Get one!!

I should mention that I have not had any problems with the size of the wine bottles, they all fit, and it does keep the wine at the right temperature making only a slight hum.

I Bought this wine cooler as a gift for my husband and he loves it!! It's SUPER QUIET and we keep it in the den where we watch tv and you wouldn't even know it was on!! I was also impressed how well it was packaged and how FAST it arrived. It was a great buy for the money and I highly recommend it!!

Excellent quality for the price! This cooler is very quiet with only the sound of a fan motor to be heard. It keeps my wine bottles at a constant temp and looks good. All my wine bottles came from Europe, but I have not had any of the problems with the shelves or fitting bottles into this cooler as one of the other reviewers had mentioned.

This cooler works exactly as advertised and looks impressive. I checked the internal temperature over a few days with a wireless thermometer - the unit's temperature readout is accurate and there were no large temp swings.
