Excellent 50's rock and rockabilly by some of the names that made these forms what they are. Elvis's work here is probably the best of his career. In an album brimming with great songs, my favorites are Elvis's "Mystery Train", Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues", Jerry Lee's "Great Balls of Fire" and Bill Justis's classic instrumental "Raunchy". If there's a low point (and even it is pretty high), it's Carl Mann's odd rockabilly remake of "Mona Lisa". Ideal for get-togethers or by-yourselfs - pick it up!
