It conveniently provides both pole and deck mounting grips to avoid drilling into the roof of your vehicle or boat or into your deck or fence. The SolarGrip rotates 360 degrees to maximize your panel's output by positioning your panel right at the sun. Use this grip with boats, RVs, farm machinery, electric fences, and more -- it will mount just about anywhere. I'm using this on my boat like advertised but am baffled by the small size of clamp included for the stern pulpit on my boat. Almost all boats have 1 inch dia. pulpits and stantions. This is 3/4" or less. It's useless. However I did use the other with limited success.

I ordered one of each to see which is better. White Marine mount comes with a bag. The same otherwise, one is black one is white.

This bracket is expensive given the quality of the bracket. However, there are several versions of clamps included which is great....if they fit your needs. Like the other reviewer says, if your application requires a bigger size, these will do you no good. The included clamps should have bigger ranges and tolerances to be more adaptable. I would buy this again, as it is simpler than building something myself.
