I just bought an awning from Sunsetter and it shipped without the crankloop and cream boots, so I had to call them to re-ship those parts. After being told that they would ship 2-day priority, they shipped it one day late and the actual two day priority may take up to 4 days. They refused/had no mechanism to overnight the missing parts. When installing the product, there was supposed to be a sticker telling you where to put the fabric and awning into the roll bar that was also missing. After being on hold for twenty minutes, they finally were able to tell me, once they looked at the awning installed at the call center. Bottow line - The awning will probably be fine (though who knows seeing how I can not unroll it without the crankloop)but for the hour and a half that I spent on the phone trying to figure it out, them shipping it a day late after my request, and not having the awning for Labor Day, they offered me a free cleaning kit valued at 24.95 - Big Deal - Buy from someone else, PLEASE!!!
