This book consists of a Prelude and a series of colorful and original visualizations for children. My daughters, 8 & 6, enjoy them very much and they've found them as inspiring as to write their own visualizations. They do fall asleep more easily but we don't read them every night so I don't know whether they'd be useful to improve self-esteem etc. as the prologue says.As an adult, I find Garth's visualizations a little repetitive and they lack detail. |
