5.0 out of 5 stars Great for the price!
This product is perfect for small ponds and not expensive....
It installed easily and lights up my little 80 gallon pond just fine...It really adds beauty to my little garden and pond after the sun goes down.

Glad I found it because other lights were rediculously priced for people that have small hand made ponds...

3.0 out of 5 stars Something to consider
This is a cute little light, but what I didn't consider is the algae factor. I have the light in my Koi pond and the lens gets covered in algae within a week, then it is not even visible. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this item for any water feature that isn't kept crystal clear.

I purchased these lights to use both in a water feature as well as not in water for spot lighting for flags and other landscape features. They have performed as advertised and the option of several interchangeable color lenses is an added plus. I use a color lens in my water feature now to good effect and plan to use them for seasonal displays. The orange lens should be perfect for halloween! Combined with a photosensor timer I find these to be easy lights to move from place to place as needed and provide a nice bright spotlight for feature illumination.

I use this light in an outdoor fountain fixture. The light was very easy to install and the brightness is great. The multiple color lenses are a nice touch. Good quality light for the price.

Good for small ponds; unobtrusive and with adequate light output. Get the multi-light units for larger ponds.

1.0 out of 5 stars Desposible Light, July 18, 2011
This review is from: Sunterra 300209 Submersible Light for Water Gardens and Ponds, Black (Lawn & Patio)
This light was terrific...........for about one month. Then it died. I tried to revive it by replacing the light bulb, but apparently that is not possible. I can't find a source to buy a replacement bulb, and I can't figure out how to remove the old bulb. So I guess the whole thing is designed to be disposable.

I had an older model of this light for my fountain and broke it trying to replace the bulb. I'm MUCH happier with the newer product and really like the different color lenses. Got the product within a couple of days of ordering. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process!

Went shopping for this light. First tried Lowes and then other stores...found it to be priced at $35.00...Came home tried Amazon and not only found it for $19.95 but also saved the sales tax. Had it in my hand within 3 days........As always...shop first , get your info together, then try Amazon.com to find your best deals.

I bought this Sunterra Pond light for a water urn that I have in the backyard and I am so pleased with this one that I will buy another for my pond in the front yard-well built with a nice assortment of colored lens...dollar for dollar this is the best product that I know of-thanks!

I got this to put in the bottom pool of my fountain. The instructions and illustration were not all that helpful so called number providid to clarify. It ended up being a pain to hook up as the cord from light to all the other parts was too short so the placement was not what I wanted. Additionally, it only worked for 3 nights. Not happy with this product at all.
