I just received this item. I noted right away that the 3xAAA batteries the package says are included, aren't. Then I noted that the fit was small. I extended the top band out all the way, and it is barely adequate. I found some of my own AAA batteries and turned it on. Four functions as advertised. Unfortunately, none of these functions is off. The package does identify one button as the on/off button. I pressed the button a dozen times. I pressed and held it for ten seconds. It just keeps cycling between the four on functions. The only way I can see to turn it off is to physically remove the batteries.

i ordered 4 items from this company (big edge) and this was the only item that shipped..when i got the headlamp it was of poor quality and what i mean by that is it actually looked like a happy meal toy. i had to use a drop of oil on the battery case so it would open, superglue on a plastic spring so it would stay in place..and it did not come with batteries. the only thing good about this product was the headband.. my other 4 items never came..had to get a refund 4 1/2 weeks later. i will not recommend or do business with this company again. thanks big edge.

PRO:

-Light is bright, and adjustable

CONS:

-Does not come with batteries (needs 3x AAA)

-Straps are too small for me: Adult male with average head size (based on ball-caps that I own)

-Plastic is clearly cheap, but if you're not treating it really rough then you should be fine.
